The site is attractive given its proximity to the recently completed Domain Town Center (352 unit multifamily development), the under construction New Forest Town Center (95-acre mixed use development), and proximity to the Galena Park ISD and San Jacinto College North Campus.
We solved utility access, site detention, and are raising the site out of the flood plain.
The site sits outside of Houston city limits, allowing for an expedient permitting process for ground-up development.
